Terms of Service

This is a beta-stage draft for internal testing. It will be reviewed and updated by legal counsel before public release.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FUNS Talk ("the Service"), an end-to-end encrypted messenger with in-chat cryptocurrency transfer built on BNB Chain. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

FUNS Talk provides encrypted 1:1 messaging and a user interface for transferring cryptocurrency from your own non-custodial wallet. The Service is not a cryptocurrency exchange, broker, or custodian. We never hold your private keys or funds.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Wallet & Transactions

You connect an external wallet (e.g., FunS Wallet) and remain solely responsible for its security, including your recovery phrase and private keys.
All transactions are initiated by you and approved in your wallet app. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; verify recipient addresses and amounts before confirming.
The Service is not liable for losses arising from incorrect addresses, network conditions, or wallet misuse.

4. Beta & Test Network

The Service is currently in beta and operates on a test network (BSC testnet). Test coins have no monetary value. Features may change, break, or be reset without notice during beta.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious ends, or compromise the Service or other users.
You are responsible for the content of messages you send.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, especially during beta.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of funds, data, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect service or legal changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
