These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FunS Talk ("the Service"), an end-to-end encrypted messenger with in-chat cryptocurrency transfer built on BNB Chain. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Who provides the Service. FunS Talk is developed and operated by AZEND PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore, with its registered office at 135 Middle Road #02-24 Bylands Building, Singapore 188975. “FunS” is a product brand of AZEND PTE. LTD. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AZEND PTE. LTD.
FunS Talk provides encrypted 1:1 messaging and a user interface for transferring cryptocurrency from your own non-custodial wallet. The Service is not a cryptocurrency exchange, broker, or custodian. We never hold your private keys or funds.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.
In-chat transfers are carried out on public blockchain networks (such as BNB Smart Chain) from your own self-custody wallet. Network fees apply and are paid from your wallet. Features may change as the Service is updated.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AZEND PTE. LTD. and its officers, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of funds, data, or profits arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms to reflect service or legal changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
