Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FunS Wallet ("the App"), a self-custody (non-custodial) cryptocurrency wallet for BNB Smart Chain and Ethereum. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Who provides the App. FunS Wallet is developed and operated by AZEND PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore, with its registered office at 135 Middle Road #02-24 Bylands Building, Singapore 188975. “FunS” is a product brand of AZEND PTE. LTD. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AZEND PTE. LTD.

1. What the App Is

FunS Wallet is software that runs on your device. It creates and stores cryptographic keys locally, signs transactions you approve, and reads public blockchain data to display your balances and transaction history.

The App is not a cryptocurrency exchange, broker, custodian, money transmitter, or financial adviser. We do not hold, control, or have access to your funds or keys at any time. We do not take custody of assets and cannot move them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency software where you live. By using the App you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with the laws that apply to you.

3. Your Keys and Your Responsibility

• Your recovery phrase (seed phrase) and private keys are generated on your device and stored there in encrypted form, protected by your PIN and, if you enable it, your device biometrics.
• We never receive, transmit, or store your recovery phrase or private keys. There is no "forgot password" — if you lose your recovery phrase and no longer have the app installed, your funds are permanently inaccessible to everyone, including us.
• Never share your recovery phrase with anyone. No one from FunS will ever ask you for it. Anyone who has it can take your funds.
• Back up your recovery phrase offline. Do not store it in a screenshot, cloud note, or messaging app.

4. Transactions Are Irreversible

• Every transfer is initiated and approved by you. Once broadcast to a blockchain, a transaction cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded by us or by anyone.
• Verify the recipient address, the amount, the token, and the network before confirming. Sending to a wrong address, or to an address on the wrong network, permanently loses those funds.
• Blockchain transactions require network fees (gas) paid to network validators, not to us. Fee estimates shown in the App are estimates and may differ from the final amount.
• Network congestion, blockchain reorganisations, or third-party node outages can delay or fail a transaction. The App may be unable to confirm the final outcome of a transaction it has already broadcast; when this happens the App tells you so and directs you to a block explorer rather than reporting a false result.

5. Third-Party Networks, Tokens, and Sites

• The App reads blockchain data through third-party node and indexer providers, and token prices through a third-party price service. Their availability and accuracy are outside our control.
• Any token you add or receive is issued by a third party. Displaying a token in the App is not an endorsement and says nothing about its legitimacy or value. Scam tokens and lookalike addresses exist; the App applies some filtering but cannot detect every fraud.
• The App can connect to third-party decentralised applications (dApps) via an in-app browser and WalletConnect. Those sites are operated by others and are not reviewed, endorsed, or controlled by us. You approve every transaction they request. Read what you are approving; a malicious site can request an approval that drains a token balance.

6. No Financial Advice

Nothing in the App is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Cryptocurrency values are volatile and you can lose the entire value of your holdings. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, including money laundering, sanctions evasion, or financing illegal activity.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious ends, or compromise the App, its users, or the services it relies on.
• You are responsible for complying with tax and reporting obligations that apply to you.

8. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that blockchain networks or third-party providers will function correctly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FunS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, digital assets, data, or profits, arising from or related to your use of the App — including losses caused by lost or stolen recovery phrases, transactions sent to incorrect addresses, third-party dApps or tokens, blockchain network behaviour, or third-party service outages.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App or to legal requirements. The "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
